Good evening everyone! I pray that each of you have had a blessed week so far!
As Easter is approaching us I am reminded of what Christ did for us! Giving His life in order to save man from an eternity in hell!! I’m so blessed to have a Savior that loves me so much that he’d give His life for me and for you!! Jesus died on the cross and rose from the grave 3 days later for us all!!!
Now after the Sabbath, as the first day of the week began to dawn, Mary Magdalene and the other Mary came to see the tomb. And behold, there was a great earthquake; for an angel of The Lord descended from heaven, and came and rolled back the stone from the door, and sat on it. His countenance was like lightning, and his clothing as white as snow. And the guards shook for fear of him, and became like dead men. But the angel answered and said to the women, ” Do not be afraid, for I know that you seek Jesus who was crucified. He is not here; for he is risen, as he said. Come, see the place where The Lord lay. And go quickly and tell His disciples that He is risen from the dead, and indeed He is going before you into Galilee; there you will see Him. Behold, I have told you. ~Matthew 28:1-7 (NKJV)
So this Easter lets remember what Christ did for us! I’m amazed every single day at the love my Savior has for me! I’m always at aww at the things he does! The way he shows me things! His teachings in the Bible! The verses that he points out to me when I need them the most! The way he answers prayer requests whether they are good for me or not! I may not get the answer I always think I should get but not one of my prayers don’t ever go unanswered!!! I’m blessed to have such a wonderful Savior and a wonderful Heavenly Father!!! I pray that each of you have a very blessed Easter Sunday as you spend it with your family!!
I just wanted to end with one last thing!
Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them on the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. ~Matthew 28:19 (NKJV)
I know many people that are either on the mission field right now or will be heading soon! I just wanted to say that my thoughts and prayers are with each of you!! May God bless each of you abundantly!! Being able to go on a mission trip whether it’s locally or not is such a rewarding thing to do! I don’t know how many times I was blessed while I was on a mission trip! And I was just in the states! I still believe that one day I’ll be a missionary! But God knows the future!!
